New features

• Optional headings can be activated and deactivated by clicking the 'check box' icon in the outline pane
• Advice is provided if out of memory error occurs
• Figures, comparisons, outcomes and subgroups can be rearranged by dragging one item onto another
  This will swap their numbers.
• All subheadings to a heading can be expanded or collapsed by holding down Shift while expanding/collapsing
• Branches in the outline pane can be fully expanded or collapsed by holding down Shift while expanding/collapsing
• Feedback is shown as not published for withdrawn protocols and reviews
• Insert Analysis Results is using style from Style Guide
  E.g. short form of effect measures.
• Plots can be copied to the clipboard using the standard keyboard shortcut (e.g. Ctrl + C on Windows)
  Note: this only works on plots opened from the Edit Outcome screen - not on the Edit Figure screen where the keyboard shortcut is used by the Caption field box.
• Changes to outcome type can be fully undone, i.e. study data are restored
• Global Replace can be undone
• Renaming of items from the outline pane can be undone
• Undo function allows structural edits and text edits to be mixed
• 'Check spelling as you type' and 'Validate as you type' setting are saved between sessions
• Zipped rm5 files can be opened (but are saved unzipped)
• Other Data tables can be printed together with forest plots for numeric outcomes
• A check that the latest version is being edited has been added
  This is in addition to checking that the user has checked out the review from Archie.
• An option in Print Preview to see multiple simultaneous pages has been added
• Insert Symbol screen is using a larger font
